Pytanie z podstaw, czym się reflow od podgrzania? Zawsze mi się wydawało że tylko nazwą ale chyba jestem w błędzie.

Reflow to ponowne upłynnienie spoiwa a podgrzanie jak nazwa wskazuje, może ale nie musi upłynnić kulek (zależy ile się podgrzeje).

Zależy w jakim kontekście. Podgrzanie może służyć do diagnozy czy laptop będzie się uruchamiał (podgrzanie chipsetu - rdzenia) Reflow to upłynnienie spoiwa lutowniczego pod układem.
