Mam pytanie o elementy zaznaczone na zdjęciu.

2.4M=6A N61 - Napięcie na cewce indukcyjnej oznaczonej 1R5923RM1 wynosi 5.1V

Co to są za elementy nić nie mogę znaleźć na ich temat proszę o pomoc ???

Marking 3B=* means Richtek RT7290AGQUF. This chip is a 3.3V DC/DC buck (step-down) controller with integrated output switching transistors. The coil marked "2R2" (meaning 2.2µH) is one of the key components of this DC/DC switching converter, besides the chip itself.
This DC/DC converter generates the main 3.3V standby power rail (usually called +3VALW power rail). It also has a build-in 3.3V linear LDO regulator.
