Pytanie o elementy na płycie głównej HP ProBook x360 11 G3 EE

Witam!!!

Mam pytanie o elementy zaznaczone na zdjęciu.Elementy znajdują się blisko rezystora pomiarowego 0.10 Ω.Każdy z trzech elementów na obudowie ma takie same oznaczenia proszę zobaczyć: SM3335PCV3C6.

Wyglądają na tranzystory MOSFET ale nić nie mogę znaleźć na ich temat.

Yes, you are right, all three components are P-channel MOS-FET transistors SM3335PSQG.

Dziękuję za pomoc.Według mnie te mosfety znajdują się na głównej linii zasilania jeśli się nie mylę.Mam pytanie ile powinno się znajdować mosfetów wejściowych na głównej linii zasilania z tego co słyszałem to powinno być ich 2 a tutaj mamy 3.Czy mógłbym mi ktoś to wyjaśnić ???

It's true that there are three transistors, but only two of them are input protection ones.
Let's mark these transistors with A, B and C:


A= "ACFET" input protection transistor.
B= "ACFET" input protection transistor (at some schematics it's called "RBFET").
C= It's probably the "BATFET" transistor (this one is not the input protection one).

ACFET= AC blocking FET transistor
RBFET= Reverse Blocking FET transistor
BATFET= Battery switching FET transistor

They are connected similarly to the following diagram from the BQ24740 datasheet:

Blisko układu BQ2470S znajdują się trzy tranzystory mosfet dwa znich są takie same 7408GL9D7 są to tranzystory MOSFET N-Channel trzeci ma oznaczenie 23107 EA981P.Nie mogę go znaleść na BQ24780S datasheet.

Czy mógł mi ktoś wyjaśnić co to są za tranzystory i do tego one służą ???

Two of the transistors are actually N-channel AON7408 and the third is P-channel AONR21307.

Are your pictures from the post #1 and post #5 from exact the same board? If so, the transistor C from the previous picture is not a "BATFET", but something else.

Let's mark these transistors again with D, E and F:

Transistor F is definitely a "BATFET" transistor, while the transistors D and E are the output switching transistors in the battery charger DC/DC power supply converter. Transistor D is so-called "High-side FET", while the transistor E is "Low-side FET".

All three transistors can be found in the BQ24780S datasheet with a minor change - on your board the "BATFET" (transistor F) is a P-channel, while the schematic suggests a N-channel:

This transistor switches power to the main power rail from other source - the USB Type-C power supply. There is simply no other option.
