Koledzy.
Mieliście do czynienia z GF6600 w reballu? Jest sens go reballingować, czy sobie głowy nim nie zawracać? Po reballingu karta martwa. Pytanie: problem w układzie? (np. problematyczny w reballingu?) - Lutowanie wykluczam - stawiany na optyce. Mam jeszcze 2 szt., ale też podnoszone.

Zdarzało mi się ściągać te układy z płyt i stawiać na innych - nie było z tym problemów, o ile układ był sprawny.
