Witam, mam problem z 2 laptopami dell 5500. W obu laptopach nie wykrywa kodeka audio.
układ to alc3204
laptopy zostały zakupine przez 2 różnych klientów, oba laptopy wróciły na brak dźwięku, laptopy nie były podlane, nic się nie grzeje, system wstaje prawidłowo, wykrywa w menadżerze tylko dźwięk dla wyświetlacza.
Jakieś pomysły?

Hello!

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 2, 3, 6, 16, 20, 21, 22, 27, 29, 32, 33, 39, 40 of audio codec chip.

Ostatnio mialem provlem w 5550 i okazał się softwareowy.
Sporo było kombinacji, ale najważniejsze:
1. Usunięcie sterowników od Windows (instaluje byle co)
2.. Dell command update i instalowanie ori sterowników. Upewniasz się, że są te starsze sterowniki, a nie nowe od Windows.
3. Instalujesz Dell optimizer i w zakladce audio włączasz opcję, aby zarządzała apka dźwiękiem.
4. Chyba jeszcze ze strony della instalowałem sterowniki osobno. W poniedziałek dopiero będę mógł potwierdzić ten punkt.

1. 3,35V
2. 5,18V
3. 0V
6. 0V
16. 4,41V
20. 0,02V
21. 3,35V
22. 0V
27. 3.35V
29. 1,24V
32 3,35V

Are these measurements correct?
How about the measurements on pins 33, 39, 40?

tak pomiary są prawidłowe. ale układ ma tylko 32 nogi
