Witam,
Model: Dell Latitude E6420
Płyta: PAL 50 LA-6591P REV 2.0

Laptop nie reaguje na przycisk zasilania. Po podłączeniu zasilacza na przycisku występuje około 1,6V.
Brak zasilania na wszystkich cewkach oprócz na:
PL3 = 19,7V

Rezystancja na cewkach:
PL3 = 67 kΩ
PL4 = 0 Ω
PL17 = 480 kΩ
PL15 = 12 Ω
PL11, 12, 13 = 13 Ω
PL6 = 6 kΩ
PL5 = 30 kΩ
PL60 = 35 kΩ
PL10 = 80 Ω
PL9 = 105 Ω
PL18 = 38 Ω

Za mało. Zmierz napięcie baterii RTC i jeśli jest poniżej 2,7V to wymień ją na nową. Następnie zmierz napięcia do masy na wszystkich pinach diody PD1 z podłączonym zasilaczem i odłączoną baterią główną. Pinout diody PD1 poniżej.

Bateria miała 0,2 V. Wymieniłem na nową i 3V wróciło na przycisku zasilania.

2 = 0,65 V

Pozostaw zasilacz podłączony i zmierz napięcia do masy na pinach 3, 4, 5, 6 i 7 sterownika przetwornicy 3/5V PU2. Pomiary wykonuj ostrożnie, aby nie zewrzeć pinów - zwłaszcza pinu 6 (VIN) do sąsiednich. Dla ułatwienia możesz wykonać pomiary na elementach, połączonych ścieżkami z odpowiednimi pinami układu PU2 (tam, gdzie to wyraźnie widać).

4 = 2,89 V
5 = 0,65 V
6 = 19 V

Odłącz całkowicie zasilanie, odczekaj 1-2 minuty na rozładowanie się pojemności, a następnie zmierz rezystancje do masy na pinach 5 i 7 sterownika PU2. Jeśli rezystancje będą wysokie (rzędu dziesiątek lub setek kΩ), to PU2 jest do wymiany.

Na schemacie PU2 jest oznaczony jako SN0608098 (oznaczenie na obudowie SN608098) - zamiennikiem jest MAX17020 (MAX17020ETJ+). Pamiętaj jednak, że jeśli oryginalny układ to SN0608098 i chcesz wymienić go na MAX17020, to musisz dołożyć rezystor PR22 (10Ω, obudowa 0603). Jeśli oryginalnie jest MAX17020 i wymieniasz na taki sam, to nie musisz dokładać żadnych elementów, bo ten rezystor jest już zamontowany (pomiędzy pinami 3 i 7).
