Płyta NM-C361
CPU - SRF6X
PCH - SR40B
GPU - N18P-G0-MP-A1
Laptop ma połamaną obudowę, prawdopodobnie po upadku, płyta startuje i pobiera ok 0,45A(z ramem i bez to samo).
PCH oraz GPU nagrzewają się, widać że pracują ale brakuje napięć na procesorze, wgrywałem inny bios, podmieniałem RAM ale bez zmian.
Mimo braku napięć na cewkach procesor się delikatnie nagrzewa, zmierzyłem napięcie na kondensatorze zaznaczonym na zdjęciu, według boardwiev jest to CC4, PCIE_CTX_GRX_N3, pojawia się tam 0,47V
Podejrzewam pęknięte kulki pod CPU ale z uwagi na klej pod układem chciałbym się upewnić.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 35, 36, 37, 44, 45, 47 of chip PU2901, when the machine is turned on.

Set your multimeter to the diode test mode and measure the voltage drops to ground on pins 29, 30 of chip PU2901.

Po wymianie PU2901 komputer zaczyna się uruchamiać, prąd pływa 1,4-2,2A i po chwili stabilizuje się na 0,97A, podmieniłem ram i bios testowo ale bez zmian.

PL3501 - 3.3V
PL301 - 0,84V bateria odłączona
PL503 - 1,05V
PL501 - 1,2V
PL701 - 0,96V
PL7502 - 0,73V

PL5501 - 1,36v

Bez chłodzenia procesor szybko nagrzewa się do 100*C i się wyłącza.

Na kondensatorach obok procesora pojawia mi się teraz napięcie 0,85V (PCIE_CTX_C_GRX_N1)

How about the voltage on coil PL502?

Also measure the resistances to ground on all coils.

PU2901 MP2949A jest układem programowalnym. Trzeba go zaprogramować np. SVOD-em, chyba że masz z wylutu z innej płyty...

Płyta nie posiada wbudowanego ramu.

Wgrałem oryginalny wsad bios, podstawiłem dwa różne KBC w obu przypadkach mam problem z zaprogramowaniem, podejrzewam że płyta może blokować, ale udaje się wyczyścić i przy ponownym uruchomieniu widać na początku jak prąd się zmienia więc myślę, że się programuje z biosu.
Po wszystkich operacjach nic się nie zmieniło, pobór 0,4A i most nagrzewa się do ok 50*C.
Mam przygotowany kolejny i w najbliższym czasie go podmienię, chyba że macie jakieś sugestie co jeszcze sprawdzić ?

Am I correct seeing that none of the LEDs on the RAM tester are lit (not even slightly), except one?
Did you used the RAM slot tester with the power supply and main battery disconnected from the board?
If so, check your RAM slot tester on another board to make sure it's working.

Dziwne, że sytuacja wróciła do 0,4A. Sprawdź jeszcze raz napięcia na pin 29 i 30 PU2901. Może CPU ubija te linie..

The LED "DQ1" on the RAM tester seems turned off and that's not normal.

- Check pin 7 of the RAM slot if it's not oxidized, bent/physically damaged.
- If the pin seems fine, check the solder joint on pin 7 of the RAM slot.
- If the solder joint on the RAM slot is also fine, it's probably a bad solder joint on the CPU, or the copper path on the PCB is broken. In this case try to physically press on the CPU (especially the lower right corner) or try to little bent the board and check if any of this affects the LED "DQ1" on the RAM tester.
