Witam wszystkich,
Asus GA401QE, płyta GA401QE Rev: 1.4
Laptop po przejściach, klient sam chciał dokonać wymiany ciekłego metalu na pastę.
Wykonywał czynność na podłączonej baterii i oczywiście jak w większości przypadków śrubka spadła na płytę.
Na płycie zostały wymienione wszystkie uszkodzone układy: U3807, PU9401, PU8701, U3601, PU8805, U1205, U3201, U3001, PU8801, U3804 - sporo tego, wiem.
W tym momencie płyta nie ma żadnych za niskich rezystancji oraz uruchamia się z auto-startu.
Pobór prądowy jest w okolicy 0,370A. Wszystkie cewki mają prawidłowe napięcia oprócz cewek zasilających CPU - PL8101, PL8102, PL8103, PL8104, PL8105.
Rezystancje:
PL8101 - 4,63Ω
PL8102 - 4,63Ω
PL8103 - 4,63Ω
PL8104 - 4,63Ω
PL8105 - 11,90Ω

Możliwe, że coś jeszcze jest uszkodzone w okolicy zasilania CPU, ale nie mogę tego namierzyć.
Proszę o pomoc w diagnozie.

Ciekły metal to straszne cholerstwo, bo później zalewa piny i wygląda jak cyna na pierwszy rzut oka. Musiałbyś dokładnie przejrzeć płytę, po kilka razy dotykając każdego wystającego pinu pęsetą czy to cyna, czy to metal. Kiedyś w takim przypadku całą płytę zanurzyłem w IPA i czyściłem pędzlem wszelakie ślady ciekłego metalu, szczególnie duża ilość była w gniazdach DIMM. Na płycie wymieniłeś już sporo, więc jeśli wszystko powinno działać a nie działa, to niestety podejrzewam zwarcie z ciekłego metalu. W najgorszej opcji może to być nawet pod CPU/GPU ;(

Warto też przejrzeć kondensatory na wierzchu CPU\GPU, tam też często metal "oplata" taki kondek i wygląda to jak cyna gdzie w rzeczywistości to dalej jest to ciekłe ścierwo...

Nie wykluczam, ciekłego metalu. Ale sprawdziłem już wszystko dokładnie nawet pod naklejkami.
Pod mikroskopem nie widać ciekłego metalu pod CPU i GPU, jest czystko.
Dlatego myślę, że jest to usterka zasilania CPU lub sam procesor.
Co należy sprawdzić aby wykluczyć awarie samego zasilania CPU?

Wymieniłem jeszcze PU8001, PU9001, PQH9402.
Problemem był uszkodzony PQH9402.
Laptop działa prawidłowo.
