 [ROZWIĄZANY] Laptop ACER A315-51-52TW po zalaniu nie uruchamia się

  1. Tytuł wątku powinien zawierać markę i pełny model sprzętu oraz skrótowy opis usterki.

  4. Nie jest dozwolone umieszczanie załączników w postaci kompletnych dokumentacji, a także jakichkolwiek wsadów BIOS / firmware (do tego służy dział PLIKI BIOS DO WERYFIKACJI). Dozwolone jest wyłącznie umieszczenie fragmentu dokumentacji, który ułatwi autorowi diagnostykę/naprawę sprzętu z wątku. W jednym poście można zamieścić nie więcej, niż jedną stronę instrukcji/schematu. Plik nie może posiadać widocznych znaków wodnych, napisów "confidential", adresów email etc.
  5. Nie jest dozwolone zamieszczanie linków do plików, znajdujących się na innych stronach internetowych.
  6. Nie jest dozwolone zakładanie tematu, który opisuje usterkę więcej niż jednego sprzętu. W takich przypadkach należy utworzyć osobne wątki dla każdego sprzętu.
  7. Nie jest dozwolone pisanie tematu lub postu, mającego charakter zapytania o schemat, boardview, zdjęcia płyty, wsad BIOS lub instrukcję serwisową. Do takich zapytań służy dział ZAPYTANIA O DOKUMENTACJE/BIOS.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 4, 8 of transistor PQ1.
Measure the voltage to ground on pin 5 of PU1.
Measure the voltage to ground on pin 7 of PU9.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 14, 14, 72, 74, 127 of KBC chip, when the laptop is turned off.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 18, 95, 100, 112, 119, 120 of KBC chip in the following cases:
a) Laptop turned off (before pressing to the power button).
b) Laptop turned on (after pressing to the power button).

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 107, 123 in the following cases:
c) Power button released.
d) Power button pressed.

It's hard to do because power button is on keyboard.
Measure the voltages to ground on pins 14, 14, 72, 74, 127 of KBC chip, when the laptop is turned off.
14: 3.26V
72: 3.02V
74: 3.29V
127V: 3.29

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 18, 95, 100, 112, 119, 120 of KBC chip in the following cases:
a) Laptop turned off (before pressing to the power button) in every case is 0V
b) Laptop turned on (after pressing to the power button) in every case is 0V
Measure the voltages to ground on pins 107, 123 in the following cases:
c) Power button released.
107: 3.29V
123: 0V
d) Power button pressed.
107: 0V
123: 0V

Measure the resistance between pin 7 and pin 8 of PU5.

Chip PU5 (AOZ1331DI) is damaged for sure. Replace it.

Czy ten KBC mogę wymienić na IT8987E CXA czy BXA BXS też będzie kompatybilny, czy szukać tego samego CXS?

After change KBC:
Voltages on pins 100, 112, 119 of KBC is 0V.

Voltage on battery RTC is 0.92V with RTC battery and 0.38V without RTC battery.
Present voltage on coil:
3.3V and 5V
and only when i connect the main battery and push power button, on RAM coil is 0.11V and on 5335 coil (g5335 - +1v_S5 ? - PL12? ) is 1V and then
on pin KBC:
100: 3.28V
112: 3.27V
119: 3.42V

So the RTC battery is bad. But I think this board should also work without RTC battery.

Reflash the KBC chip with programmer. Don't forget to save the old dump.

I try to erase KBC chip and after that, when i connect power supply nothing change but when i read the KBC chip it's programm itself.
Shouldn't be 3V on + on slot of RTC battery without battery? (It's rechargeable battery).

Erase the KBC chip again and reflash the BIOS chip with another dump.

No, the RTC battery on this board is not rechargeable.

After replace BIOS for another one and erase KBC nothing change.
After connect main battery andpessing the power button there is on KBC:
pin 18: 3.42V
pin 95: 3.28V
pin 100: 3.28V
pin 112: 3.27V
pin 119: 3.42V
pin 120: 3.27V

pin 107: 3.29V
pin 123: 3.28V

After change Chip PU5 to AYOA 7H6T (AOZ1331DI) fan not start after connect the power supply. It's ok?

What else can I check?

Measure the power consumption (in mA) before and after pressing to the power button.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 14 of chips PU5, PU8 when the laptop is turned on (power LED is turned on).
