Witam!

Podjąłem decyzje o zakupie sprzętu do robienia BGA. Moje maksimum to 6000 zł na zakup samego urządzenia, do tego chce przeznaczyć ok. 1000zł na zakup fluxów, sit itp. Sprzęt będzie przeznaczony głównie do reballingu laptopowych płyt i może do desktopowych kart graficznych. Co byście mi doradzili? Która stacja jest lepsza? Mam też pytanie dotyczące wyboru sit. Lepsze są do grzania bezpośredniego czy z podstawką?

Polecam Jovy RE-8500, pracuję na niej pół roku i myślę że naprawdę warto dołożyć te 2000zł. Co prawda płyty w laptopach są coraz mniejsze ale i tak 7500 ma za mały podgrzewacz.
