Laptop uruchamia się, reaguje na włącznik. Procedura post przechodzi, (capslock działa), można zrestartować komputer ctrl+alt+del, można nawet włożyć ssd z systemem i widać po diodach i zachowaniu prądu na zasilaczu warsztatowym, że system uruchamia się. Brak jednak obrazu na matrycy i brak obrazu po HDMI. Próbowałem różnych BIOSów, efekt ten sam. Miałem w przeszłości praktycznie taką samą płytę i tam na zasilaniu +VCCGT na sekundę lub dwie po uruchomieniu laptopa pojawiało się napięcie. Tutaj taka sytuacja nie ma miejsca, cały czas 0V.

Rozumiem, że reset pamięci CMOS robiłeś, a bateria RTC ma poprawne napięcie? Jeśli tak, to wylutuj układ U47 (NC7S08P5X, SC70), odłącz taśmę ekranu od płyty i sprawdź, czy pojawi się obraz po HDMI.

Tak, reset pamięci cmos był. Dodatkowo podłączyłem inną baterię, gdyż ta była już na poziomie 1.7V. Układ U47 wylutowałem, plyta stabilizuje się na poziomie 0.7A, reaguje na capslock. Obrazu jednak nie ma (oczywiście pamiętałem o odpięciu taśmy matrycy). Napięcia na +VCCGT brak.

Solder the chip U47 back to its place and measure the voltages to ground on pins 8, 9, 14, 15, 32, 35, 40 of LVDS connector FPC5 when the machine is turned on with the internal matrix connected.

Set your multimeter to the diode test mode and measure the voltage drops to ground on pins 8, 9, 14, 15 of LVDS connector FPC5 with the internal matrix connected. Measure with the positive (red) probe connected to the ground.
