There is no fuse used at this location for no reason. The fuse provide over current and short circuit protection.
In this case the fuse protect the motherboard and LVDS cable in case the LCD screen goes bad and also protect the motherboard and LCD screen in case the LVDS cable goes bad.
0Ω resistor is not a fuse and acts differently. It's true that it can blow if the current is exceeded, but this current is much greater then the rated current of this fuse. It also reacts much slower compared to a fuse. For the reasons stated, the 0Ω resistor offers only a very limited level of protection.
Copper wire is also not a fuse, but behaves similarly under overload with a difference in a response time. But provided that the copper wire used is of appropriate cross-section. For these reason, copper wire offers a limited level of protection.
How you replace this fuse is up to you, but a new fuse costs 1-2 zlotys, which is practically nothing compared to the price of the board.
If you are going to use wire anyway, let me emphasize again that the cross-section of the used wire is crucial.
