Witam,

laptop

ASUS UX461U
płyta główna UX461UN REV 2.1
IT8995VG-128
WINBOND 25Q64JVSIQ

W ASUSie UX461U uszkodzony miałem procesor i5-8250U symbol SR3LA, zwarcie na PCH, brak reakcji, brak 3,3V.

Procesor wymieniłem na I5-8250U ale z symbolem SR3LB + czyszczenie ME REGION, laptop startuje bez obrazu, napięcia 3.3V i 5.0V są, 1.0V na PCH, brak zasilania CPU i brak napięcia na RAM.

Początkowo wentylator kręci się powoli, a po kilku sekundach przyśpiesza do maksymalnych obrotów.

Pytanie czy to może być wina nieco innego CPU, nie wiem jakie są między nimi różnice? Dawcą procesora był laptop DELL.

Witam. Procesor powinien być ok. Sprawdź dokładnie przetwornice RAM. Czy sa napięcia SUS z mostu. Jeśli nie ma to albo uszkodzony procesor dawca albo zle wlutowany. Na jakich kulkach go wlutowałeś? Jeśli mniejsze niz 0.45mm to szkoda Twojego czasu bo wtedy lutowanie prockow z cienkim laminatem to loteria.

Wlutowalem na 0.45 ołów, siadł pięknie i równo. Raczej tego nie podejrzewam. Nie mam boardview, ale spróbuje jutro jakies pomiary wykonać.

Most ledwo cieply 30-35stopni a CPU nic nawet nie próbuje ruszać.
