Kontroler PWM dla zasilania CPU: ISL95712

Płyta się uruchamia jednak nie załączają się przetwornice CPU. Płyty nie idzie wyłączyć za pomocą przycisku POWER.
Bateria CR2032: 3V
Zasilanie kości BIOS: 1,8V
Zasilanie PCH: 1,05V

Pomiary na KBC po uruchomieniu:
3VSTB - 3,3v (pin 64)
ATX_PWROK - 5V (48)
PWROK - 3,3V (61)
VCORE - 1,96 (65)
VCC_ENABLE_5 - 30mV (81)
VCC_1.8_EN - 2,9V (41)
PCH_VRM_PGD - 2,7mV (85)

Pomiary na kontrolerze PWM:
VDD - 2,23V
ENABLE - 3V
PWROK - 200mV
PGOOD - 44mV
PWRGD_NB - 0V

Pomiar mosfetów w sekcji zasilania CPU nie wykazał nic niepokojącego.

Napięcie na USB: 5,2V, opór na liniach sygnałowych względem masy (na wyłączonej płycie): 2,3MOhm

Pomiary na cewkach:

Z racji braku sygnału PWRGD_NB oraz braku możliwości wyłączenia płyty podejrzewam uszkodzenie mostu. Dodam tylko że próba polegająca na wygrzaniu go nie dała żadnego efektu.

Programowałeś BIOS?
Czy most nie przegrzewa się po uruchomieniu płyty?

Temat rozwiązany, uszkodzony tranzystor załączający napięcie +5V - VDD do kontrolera PWM. Zmierzone napięcie 2,23V prawdopodobnie pochodziło z szyny I2C.
