dv6-6c14nr Nie reaguje na power

Laptop dv6-6c14nr
MB MB: Wistron 11A39-1 48.4RH08.011 Flex HPMH-41-AB6200-E00G
CPU: SR0CH
KBC: IT8518
PCH: SLJ4P

Właściciel twierdzi, że normalnie wyłączył laptopa i już nie chce się włączyć.
Jest ładowanie baterii co widać po poborze prądu i kontrolce ładowania.
Bios Programowałem.
Na przycisku power jest 3,3V i spada do 0V po wciśnięciu pobór prądu bez baterii 0,016A i nie wzrasta po wciśnięciu power.

Napięcia są tylko na
PL806 3,3V
PL811 1,06V
Wydaje mi się, że na PL804 Powinno być 5V, rezystancja zaraz po odłączeniu zasilania na tej cewce wynosi 35 ohm i rośnie aż do Mohm

Proszę o pomoc w diagnozie tej płyty schematu nie znalazłem, zdobycie BIOS też nie było łatwe.
A ja tyle szukałem oznaczenia

jednak mój błąd napięcie 5V na PL804 pojawia się po wciśnięciu power pobór prądu rośnie z 0,013A do 0,017A

Have you reflashed the EC BIOS chip U22?

Wcześniejsze pomiary robiłem bez CPU, RAM i baterii CMOS
Powtórzyłem wszystkie pomiary z wcześniejszych postów z włożonym CPU, RAM, i baterią CMOS różnica jest tylko na pin 33 KBC

Sprawdziłem nogi 1,4 oscyloskopem i jest częstotliwość na tych nogach 32,7kHz do 33,4 kHz pływa.

Podam jeszcze rezystancje na cewkach z CPU oraz RAM

PL806 10 kOhm
PL811 MegaOhmy
PL812 63 Ohm
PL810 22,7 Ohm
PL807 25 Ohm
PL809 25 Ohm
PL805 101 Ohm

If so, try to reflow the PCH chip.
If it does not change anything, replace the PCH.

Tak programowałem wcześniej U22 oraz U814 dwoma wsadami co prawda niepotwierdzonymi, obecnie wróciłem do pierwotnego wsadu.

Miałem pod ręką nowy SLJ4P, wymieniłem i nic nie zmieniło się w zachowaniu płyty.
Rezystancja na PL810 zmieniła się na 40 Ohm

So which board exactly do you have?

Nie mogłem znaleźć oznaczenia płyty, więc w pierwszym poście było oznaczenie HP SPARE 665349-001 z naklejki na MB dlatego zamieściłem foto, lecz Administarator zwrócił mi uwagę i podpowiedział gdzie jest właściwe oznaczenie dlatego wyedytowałem pierwszy post.
