Witam. Mam przed sobą taką oto płytę z uszkodzonym Q533 (AP4957) - miał zwarcie na jednym z tranzystorów. Wymieniłem na SI4925. Zwarcie jednak pozostało ale gdzies dalej - grzeje się Q533.

Posiadam schemat do rev.1.0 a płyta jest 1.2. w 1.0 nie ma elementów Q533 i okolic.

Prosiłbym o kawałek schematu zawierającego tą część zasilania.

Co w ogóle steruje tranzystorem Q533?

Problemem okazało się uszkodzenie zasilania rdzenia CPU a dokładniej jednego z dolnych tranzystorów. Wymieniłem obydwa dolne tranzystory (tylko jeden był uszkodzony ale nie miałem identycznego).
