Hej, pacjent to:

HP Zbook G6
Płyta: DAXW2GMBEG0
KBC: NPCX797HA1BX
Wersja BIOS: 1.32, testowane też na 1.31
Kostki BIOS: U56001 - MXIC MX25L25673GZ41-08G ; U56002 - 25B127DSIG

Problem dotyczy działania sprzętu i klawiatury. Laptop czasem sam wciska dowolne klawisze, najczęściej ",". Co ciekawe laptop potrafi wcisnąć te klawisze nawet gdy nie jest podłączona żadna klawiatura. Klawiatura na USB też jest interpretowana nieprawidłowo, wciskam np. "F" a laptop widzi to jako F5, strzałka w górę to ESC i inne podobne głupoty. Laptop nie był zalany, problem wystąpił z dnia na dzień. Zrobiłem downgrade BIOSu do 1.31, ale nic to nie zmieniło. Klawiatura działa nieprawidłowo już w BIOS.

Dodatkowo niezależnie czy na baterii czy na zasilaniu, widać "drganie" podświetlenia ekranu - właściciel dopiero to zauważył gdy to pokazałem, więc możliwe że tak jest od dłuższego czasu. Poza tymi problemami sprzęt pracuje prawidłowo. Z racji że nie ma schematu do tej płyty, prośba o pomoc w diagnozie problemu.

Nie znalazłem na płycie innego kontrolera klawiatury, więc podejrzewam że klawiaturą zarządza NPCX797HA1BX. Pomyślałem by spróbować go przeprogramować, ale nie mam:
- pojęcia jak się do niego podłączyć
- wsadu KBC (możliwe że jest w BIOS).

W bazie SVOD4 nie ma żadnego pinoutu do płyt DAXW*****
