Płyta główna: Acorp 6via81p

Jest to płyta główna z okolic 1999r. na Slot A. Początkowo siedział w niej procesor z ukruszonym rdzeniem oraz VooDoo 3 z brakująceym kondensatorem obok VRam. Objawem było zawieszanie się w pewnym momencie testu 3DMark 2000, zazwyczaj działo się to w momentach gdy były liczone przez CPU efekty z wykorzystaniem T&L dla których wsparcia V3 nie posiada. Kolejne kroki jakie podejmowałem. Żaden z nich nie rozwiązał problemu.

1. Wlutowanie brakującego kondensatora do VooDoo
2. Podmiana na wiele różnych modeli procesorów
3. Podmiana na inne karty graficzne.

I tutaj zazwyczaj występowały problemy. W przypadku GF2MX nie rozpoznaje VRam. Radeon 9550 działał prawidłowo. GF FX 5200 Ultimate się nie uruchomił. Ten sam GF2MX działa na innym komputerze. Podobnie Vodoo nie zawiesza się.

4. Próby instalacji różnych wersji sterownika do chipsetu via 4 in 1 łącznie z ręczną instalacją w trybie awaryjnym sterownika do AGP.
5. Rózne wersje sterowników graficznych.
6. Aktualizacja BIOS
7. Konfiguracja BIOS, AGP Aperture size
8. Reinstalacja systemu operacyjnego
9. Wymiana kompletu elektrolitów

Te w okolicach portu AGP miały nieco wyższy ESR niż reszta, ale nadal w granicach normy.
