Model - HP Pavilion 15-cs3019TX
Board id - DAG7BMB68C0 REV-C

Laptop can't switch on. When press power key, power led is on but only 4 coils have voltages 3.3v, 5v and 1.8v. Others coils have 0v. 3.3v and 5v are appear only when press power key. Without press power key, there have no 3.3v and 5v. Need help.

First, try to reflash the EC controller (ITE5570E). You can extract EC firmware from 16MB BIOS dump, it starts at 0xA50000 address and is 0x20000 long (128kB). Or you can just erase EC firmware completely from EC chip and it should reflash automatically when the power supply is connected (do not disconnect power for at least 1 minute to allow EC auto-flashing from BIOS).

Can I reprogram the ITE5570E using an RT809F without a dedicated PEB-1 expansion board.
