Hello,

I am in the process of attempting to replace the USB C controller on this laptop, after a failed attempt by the previous owner. The controller (Texas TPS65992DAD) has become welded to the board, so have had to use the Dremel on it.
I also need to replace a damaged copper pad that the suppressor diode was once attached to, but have noticed something odd when looking through the microscope. In the photo's attached, there appear to be two resistors (Yellow arrow) that have become fused together. I would like to replace them if anyone knows what value the should be?
Also, there is a line running from the two resistors to the missing diode pad (Red arrow). I think this is just some damage to the masking that happens to look like there used to be a copper trace there, but thought I would get your opinions.

Motherboard markings are as follows:

TIBERIUS 8L EM370
203036-1
448.0MK05.0011

Thank you.

Hello!
It's just a resistor array (resistor network). There are two resistors integrated into one housing.
As long as this resistor is not mechanically damaged, there is nothing wrong here.
Datasheet attached.

Yes, exactly, it's just a scratch on the solder mask, there is no copper trace. You can protect this area with some UV curable solder mask.
