Acer A715-72G LA-F951P wont power on

Notebook had PQ310 and PQ312 shorted. I replaced them and PU301 just to be sure. But it did not worked so i reprogramed BIOS. After it it started an worked for few minutes.
I saw that PCH was chenged before so i reflowed it and notebook worked for two days and died again.
I soldered new PCH, new EC (flashed it) but it is still not powering on. Drain from power supply is only 30 mA after pressing power button. After pressing power button i get 3,3 an 1,05 power, but not 1,2V or 3,3VS.
Any help please.

Measure the voltage and resistance to ground on all coils (press the button several times if necessary).

Measure the voltages on pins 2, 3, 6, 7 of PU7105.
Measure the voltages on pins 2, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 18 of PU501.

pin 6 0V 1,7V
pin 7 0V 3,16V

It is same before or after presing power on.

Measure the voltages on pins 6, 14, 18, 69, 95, 100, 108, 110, 119, 122, 123 of kbc.
Measure the voltages on pin 114 of the KBC in the following cases:
at power off
with power on pressed
to the power on.

pin 6---allways 0V
pin 14---allways 0V
pin 18---allways 0V
pin 69---allways 0V
pin 95---allways 0V
pin 100---0V goes to 3,3V after few seconds back to 0V
pin 108---same as pin 100
pin 110---3,13 allways
pin 119---3,3V allways
pin 122---0V-3,3V-0V
pin 123--- allways 0V

No communication with the PCH.
Replace the BIOS and remember to save the old one.
If that doesn't work, the PCH may be faulty.

Still not working, i will not install another PCH.
