Witam!

Ostatnio trafił mi się laptop po zalaniu jakimś drinkiem.
Mimo skorodowanych pól lutowniczych i ścieżek udało się go wskrzesić.
I tu własnie mam pytanie:
CZYM ZABEZPIECZACIE ZALANE PŁYTY PRZED KOROZJĄ ?

Jeśli nie wymyjesz DOKŁADNIE pozostałości cieczy laptop może paść nawet za kilka miesięcy. Najlepiej posłużyć się wanną ultradźwiękową, ale do zatopienia całej MB trzeba sporych rozmiarów. Jeśli nie dysponujesz to użyj specjalnego płynu do czyszczenia, przy czym flux removery nie zawsze zdają egzamin, a IPA nie rozpuszcza cukrów, które są w większości napojów. Może to Cię nieco rozśmieszy, ale wyśmienicie sprawdza się w tym temacie pianka do czyszczenia sprzętu elektronicznego. Długi czas używałem amerykańskiej firmy PowerHorse. Szybko odparowuje, nie pozostawia żadnych nalotów i rozpuszcza wszystkie napoje. Należy wielokrotnie wymyć wszystko i wydmuchać kompresorem. Na koniec zabezpieczam pcb PASYWNYM roztworem kalafonii (np. PTTN) co odcina dostęp powietrza do nadżartych połączeń i powstrzymuje dalszą korozję.

Dodatkowo czasem przelutowac niektore elementy ktore maja korozje, szczegolnie Maxy / ICS'y.
