Jakiś czas temu znalazłem fajne i przydatne zastosowanie miernika ESR z projektu który kiedyś tu był:

Wystarczy 1 rezystor i mamy manualny, lub 1 opamp + zmiana w sofcie i mamy automatyczny tester i prosty miernik MOSFETÓW.


Jak:

Podłączamy źródło i dren do zacisków miernika (bez znaczenia które gdzie), natomiast bramkę poprzez rezystor (np 10k) do +5 lub -5 :)

Dla mosfetów z kanałem wzbogacanym (najczęściej spotykane) wartość ESR na wyświetlaczu oznacza:

    +5V   -5V 
 N-mosfet   Rds(on)   > 
 P-mosfet   >   Rds(on) 


> oznacza że miernik wyświetla komunikat o esr>12cośtam.
Nie sprawdzi się to dla mosfetówo Rds(on) > 12Ω
Oraz Vgs(th) > 5V (<-5V)
Jednak takich mosfetów w laptopach raczej niema :)

Jak będzie zainteresowanie mogę spróbować dopisać soft do miernika który będzie to robił automatycznie. (wstępne oględziny kodu pokazują że jest to możliwe)
