Witam.
Testował ktoś termopady od sprzedawcy see-ic.
Czasami kupuje tam BGA i problemów nie było. Zastanawiam się czy te termopady 6.0W są dobre.

Nie są to 6W tylko 6W/m-K, co do tego czy one rzeczywiście mają taką przewodność podchodziłbym z dystansem. Chińczycy lubią wszystko kolorować na swoją korzyść. Polecam zapytać kto jest producentem tego thermopadu i sprawdzić dokumentację producenta.

Z tego co wiem, realna wartość na poziomie 6W/mk to strasznie dużo, wielu markowych producentów nawet nie ma takich padów w ofertach, oczywiście u nas (PL) dużo to 11W, a 3 W to mało, bo na allegro same bzdury. Niebieskie pady na NB nvidii z czasów wadliwej serii miały w pavilionach 2.8W a zielone na VRAMIE 1.8W. Ceny padów powyżej 3W są także wysokie.

Osobiście korzystam z padów firmy Fujipoly, kupione w sklepie FrozenPC, ten model:

Mają 11W/mK, w porównaniu do niebieskich padów stosowanych w HP DVxxx po wymianie temp. spadła o ok 10st. C. Kupiłem arkusz (na pół ze znajomym z forum) ok rok temu. Używam dość często, do dziś pozostała mi jeszcze ćwiartka.

Bardzo duży wybór mają w RS i wszystkie pady powyżej 6W/mK mało już nie kosztują. Przykładowo pad 30 x 30 1mm gruby 12W/mK kosztuje 88.47euro netto i bez kosztów dostawy. Z tym, że jest to gelpad i jest bardzo elastyczny. Osobiście kupiłem taki 6W/mK i starczył na ok rok czasu.
