Everything is clear now.
You are using the wrong power supply for this machine.
cygron wrote:Laptop can't power on. Drain and Gate sides of P-Channel Mosfet (PQ30) are 19V

The appropriate power supply for this machine should be 10.5V (not 19V). Place all removed components back to the board and test the machine with a suitable power supply.

cygron wrote:You're right. PQ33 is shorted. Remove PQ33 and short circuit is gone. I replace PQ33 with N-Channel Mosfet. I think PQ31 is also shorted. When i resolder PQ31, laptop can't turn on. Without PQ31, laptop is turn on normally to windows. Only battery problem exit.

I think, you're mis-understanding. When I replace shorted PQ33 with N-Channel Mosfet and removed PQ31, laptop is running ok. But the battery problem only exit. Sometimes laptop open with battery only, but sometimes can't open with battery only. With powersupply or adapter, it' running ok. With PQ31, laptop can't open with battery or supply.

Without transistor PQ31 the input protection circuit is disabled and that's why the laptop is running without it.
Wit soldered transistor PQ31 the over-voltage protection is activated and disable the operation of the machine to protect it.

As suggested you must use a 10.5V power supply for normal operation. This machine does not work on 19V power supply.
