Poszukuję tranzystora jak w temacie SI7121DN. Jaki zamiennik w obudowie PQFN 3x3mm można zastosować lub gdzie kupić to ustrojstwo ?

Z PCCenter miałem przygody, a sprawa pilna. W farnellu mają na magazynie w UK. No trudno spróbuję coś zakupić.

Oni większość rzeczy mają w UK. Ale dwa dni robocze i towar masz w serwisie
A z PC Center nie polecam zamawiać. Ostatnio KBC dostałem nie dość że z wylutu to i jeszcze uszkodzony.

O widzisz, nigdy w farnellu się nie zaopatrywałem (jakoś nie miałem potrzeby). Wprawdzie zakupiłem dawcę na znanym portalu aukcyjnym ale nie omieszkam spróbować zakupów i tam.
