Имеется SSD от Lenovo U310. SanDisk mSATA 24GB P/N:SDSA5DK-024G-1001 контроллер SanDisk 20-82-00270-1. При подключенном SSD система тормозит и очень долго думает. SDD в BIOS и DOS видится, утилита SSD doctor samsung ошибок при тестировании не находит. Пробовал делать ERASE начальных секторов в MHDD – не помогает. Подскажите где взять прошивку на данный девайс и как выполнить обновление и заводское форматирование?

На сайте Lenovo нашел обновление ПО для данного диска, обновился но результата не дало. Скачал с сайта SanDisk утилиту SanDisk SSD Dashboard.
При тестировании SMART выдает сообщение:”Диагностический тест завершен с кодом состояния 3”. Что это значит?
Создал с помощью этой же утилиты загрузочную флешку для Secure Erase, загрузился с нее но при попытке очистить диск выдает ошибку на 4%.
