Hello everyone

I have this Samsung UE40F6500SS TV with a BN44-00622B power supply. When I plug it in, the clack-clack relay keeps making a constant noise and won't turn on.

I've checked diodes and MOSFETs, and replaced some suspect capacitors, but it's still the same.

I've performed the following measurements:

On the BD801S diode bridge:
The AC current is unstable with spikes.
On DC current: Pulses up to 300V.

On the relay:
120V with spikes to 300V.

On capacitors CP806 and CP807:
Unstable between 370V and 385V.

ICS801CS:
Pin 1: 0V.
Pin 2: Unstable between 12-15V.
Pin 3: 0V.
Pin 4: Unstable between 1.11V-1.40V.
Pins 5, 6, 7, and 8 (Drain). Pulses ranging from 400V to 1000V

QP802C (60R360N):
Pin 1: 0V
Pin 2: Pulses up to 600V
Pin 3: 0V

DP804C (MURF860)
Pin 1: Unstable between 375V and 385V
Pin 2: Very unstable with pulses up to 500V

ICP801S:
Pin 1: 2.40V
Pin 2: Between 0 and 0.5V
Pin 3: Between 0 and 0.5V
Pin 4: 2.25V
Pins 5 and 6: 0V
Pin 7: Between 0 and 0.3V
Pin 8: From 0 to 10V

When the voltage is unstable or between two values, the relay's sound indicates changes, spikes, or instability.

Mention that very punctually, it stabilizes and starts working OK

Any help please?
