Hello, guys. I got this Chromebook with the problem on charging LED blinking < 1 Hz after connecting the power adapter. I tested with and whitout the battery connected to the board. The Chromebook doesn't turn on. I measured the coils and are OK. The converter related to the IC 3483UK is showing a unstable output, 4.5 . 5 V.
Can anybody shed a light on this?

Have you tried BIOS reflashing? If not please do this first. Do not forget to save the original BIOS.

This device can`t work witchout battery. I think your battery is damaged.

Hi. No, Sr. I didn't flash BIOS. First, I measured the tension on ROM IC and it wasn't present. So, I discarded it could be BIOS issue-related. i also tested the battery. It's fine. The board itself lacks of several important power sources both with and without the battery, e.g., 3V3 stb power is missing
