Witam,
Mam problem z elektroniką do dysku Sagate ST340810.
Po wpięciu zasilania pali mi dławik 1R0J. Zauważyłem, że po drodze ma układ F7326 który jest uszkodzony.
Jakim innym układem moge go zastąpić?

Wygląda to na IRF7326 - mosfet + schottky.
W innych elektronikach spotkać można np. słabszy FDFS2P102A

Cóż narazie nie znalazłem w swoich zapasach żadnej elektroniki z tym układem. A jak znajde i wlutuje to dam znać czy wszystko jest ok.
