Vds, Vgs, Id. Stosuję zasadę, że wartości te muszą być większe bądź równe niż w oryginale.
Nie miałem jeszcze problemów trzymając się tych trzech parametrów. Poczekaj jeszcze na rady kogoś bardziej doświadczonego.
