Już po raz któryś z kolei scenariusz wygląda tak samo. Grzeje bardzo długo hotem (nawet kilkanaście minut), wszystko w koło pływa poza mosfetem, w efekcie następuje odkształcenie laminatu a mosfet dalej się trzyma. Jak to u was wygląda, może jest jakiś inny sposób o którym nie wiem.

Jeśli są mocno przypalone to zazwyczaj zgrzewają się z miedzianą ścieżką .
Czasami uda się oderwać, a czasami trzeba odciąć.

Witam
Ja to robię tak, że za pomocą dwóch lutownic zalewam z dwóch stron mosfeta cyną. Przytrzymuje Lutownice z minutę może trochę dłużej i mosfet jest już ściągnięty.
Brak grzania hotem jedynie dwie lutownice w ręce i po gościu ;-)
