Flash eeprom replaced and programmed.
Do not work.

Is spi bus alive?

Only activity on SPI Clock (pin 6)
SPI_CS#0 no signal
SPI_SO no signal
SPI_SI no signal

If you have Power supply for ec and spi you should change ec.

EC_RST# = 0V? It should be +3VA_EC.

pin 1; 0Volt
pin 2; 0Volt
pin3; 3volts
pin 4; 0volt
pin 5; 0 volt
pin 6; 1.8 volt
pin 7; 3,1 volt
pin 8; 3,1 volt

Have EC voltage and only in Clock line (1,8V).

If EC_RST#=0V, then EC is in Reset Mode and doesn't work. You must check why EC_RST=0V.

IT8752 have a integrated internal reset?!
