Witam! Kompletuję sobie stanowisko do reballingu BGA i żeby uczynić pracę jak najwygodniejszą, poszukuję sporego kompletu sit razem z ramką, które można wygrzewać bezpośrednio.

Macie może namiary na takie sita z ramką? Bo z tego co czytam, te z allegro z niebieską ramką nie nadają się do wygrzewania.

Żadne sita z ramką nie nadają się do grzania bezpośredniego.
Do takiego grzania idealne są te sita: LINK lub LINK

Sita przedstawione przez Vogelek23 nadają się do stawiania kulek na układzie. Najlepiej posmarować cięką warstwą fluxu układ, zamontować sito, wysypać kulki i nadmiar usunąć. Następnie ściągnąć sito i wygrzać na piecyku. Takie sita można także kupić na allegro

Witam, ja osobiście używam tych sitek: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180541918509&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT, jest 100 sztuk, w skład wchodzą sitka do Playstation 3, Xbox, sitka do pamięci, jakościowo są bardzo dobre no i cena bez porównania, a i gratisy się dostanie od sprzedającego.
