Czy ktoś się orientuje jaki to typ obudowy - rozmiar 3x3mm, wujek google na hasło B20N03 wypluwa tylko datasheeta dla Cysteka MTB20N03Q8 w obudowie SOP8. Logotyp producenta się zgadza, typ obudowy już niestety nie.
Nie wiem co podstawić w ich miejsce, mam 2 przestrzelone klucze na płycie Asusa X54LY.

Wg wymiarów jakie Kolega podał to by podchodziło pod obudowę MSOP8.
Czy pod spodem tranzystora jest PAD?
