#1 Lutowanie ISL6262.

Witam.
Jakie Koledzy mają praktyczne doświadczenia z przekładaniem takich układów jak ISL6262. Ja przekładałem sporo MAXIM i TPS w większości z dobrym skutkiem, tym razem w toshibie A200 zalutowałem już trzeci ISL6262 i wygląda na to że po wylutowaniu z płyty dawcy i zalutowaniu jest uszkodzony. Wychodzi mi to dość sprawnie a jednak układ nie przeżywa.Czy jest on może bardziej wrażliwy na przegrzanie. Przy wylutowaniu nie przekraczam 230st. Przy zalutowaniu pobielam ołowiem i płytę i układ a jednak lipa. Proszę o wypowiedzi.

Z datasheeta: Maximum Lead Temperature (Soldering 10s) . . . . . . . . . . . . 300°C

Jeśli rzeczywiście lutujesz w 230°C to raczej nie uszkadzasz tego układu termicznie. Sprawdź po wlutowaniu a jeszcze przed podaniem zasilania czy czasem układ nie ma zwarć.

Oczywiście sprawdzam starannie całe otoczenie a jednak mimo obecności koniecznych sygnałów i napięć zasilania układ martwy.
Dodatkowo pytanie czy w tej toshibie przy braku procesora ma startować jego zasilanie. Płyta LA-3481P
