Witam!
z innej beczki- jakiego softu używacie do serwisu? Chodzi mi o bazę klientów, zleceń serwisowych itd.

Ja używałem programu OPUS-SERWIS firmy opussoft - był naprawdę dobry, ale po zmianie systemu (seven) niestety będę musiał zmienić program, lub postawic kompa wyłącznie do zleceń serwisowych.

Podzielcie się wiedzą - czego używacie u siebie?

Nie rozumiem, mam 7 i bez problemów chodzi :-) Tak tylko go przetestowałem, ale jest jakiś dziki, choć funkcje wystarczające.
U nas używamy linuksa, a w zadaniach serwisowych wspomaganie aplikacjami google online, trzeba iść z biegiem czasu. 100% legalności, jak najmniej na dysku i 100% niezawodności. No jedynie co do google może paść net. Możliwość wystawiania faktur zdalnie itp itd.

oczywiśce - całkowicie legalny soft... na siódemce nie mogę skonfigurować bazy, ale może sobie poradzę ;)
