Co można zamiast tych tranzystora wstawić, bo tego nigdzie nie mogę ich znaleźć.
Siedzą w sekcji zasilania GTX 460.

Jak się uprzesz to wstawisz byle co, so8 dwa kabelki aby na nogach nie miał za dużego prądu.

Jako że obydwa mosfety są z kanałem N można wstawić zamiast nich CSD17506Q5A nr katalogowy farnell 1894556.
Nie studiowałem całej dokumentacji ale z tabel wynika że zamienniki mają lepsze parametry.

Nie wiem jak rozumieć notę katalogową. Napisane jest że ich prąd to 23A a przy 25° 100A. Czy będą działać prawidłowo? Układ karty nagrzewa się do 80° więc samo PCB będzie miało znacznie więcej niż 25°.

Powinny dać radę , Przecież te tranzystory nie pracują na 100% obciążeniu.

Nie wiem czy dobrze liczę. Karta pobiera do 160W. Układ jest zasilany ok 1V. Są 3 fazy zasilania, po 2 tranzystory w każdej. Wynikało by że przez jeden tranzystor płynie ok. 27A. Wskazany przez ciebie tranzystor ma prąd 23A. Czy aby na pewno można go wstawić?

Kolega SlavikuS naprowadził mnie i z TME zamówiłem IRFH7932TRPBF 30V 104A. Karta śmiga aż miło.
