witam jak w temacie prosze o pomoc w rozpoznaniu elementu oznaczonego na płytce jako - KAC.
Potrzebuję na chwile odpalić ten dysk , czy wylutownaie i połączenie tego elementu spowoduje że będzie on działał normalnie?
Ewentualnie czym go można zastąpić?

To jest dioda, więc po zwarciu działać nie będzie.
Zapewne jak ją teraz zmierzysz multimetrem to będzie miała zwarcie.

No właśnie problem w tym że ma oznaczenie KEC - czy to jest to samo? i czy mogę podmienić na taką diodę co kolega pisał wcześniej ?

Sprawdź czy w tej chwili jest zwarcie na wtyczce zasilania między 5v a GND lub 12v a GND, jeżeli jest usuń tą diodę, następnie sprawdź czy zwarcie ustąpiło, jeżeli tak to możesz uruchomić dysk. Oczywiście nie mamy 100% pewności, że reszta elektroniki jest ok, ale w 95% będzie chodziło poprawnie. Jeżeli masz tam jakieś super ważne dane oddaj dysk w "fachowe ręce".

Do celów testowych można wstawić tutaj dowolną diodę Schottky'ego 100-200mA.

Dziękuję temat zamykam. Rzeczywiście podmiana na inną diodę Schottky'ego pomogła - dysk ruszył.
