Hej,
potrzebuje zidentyfikować prawdopodobnie podwójną diodę znajdujące się na karcie PCI.

Na PCB widoczne napisy: DOLI GmbH oraz numer 1651.04.2b

Sprawny element w teście diody w obu kierunkach: 1.63V
Uszkodzony: w jedną stronę OL, w drugą spadek 0.12V
Wymiary diody(DŁxSZxWS) : 5mm x 3mm x 2,8mmm

Dobrałem prawdopodobny zamiennik diody tzn. DL04-33F1, datasheet w załączniku.

To nie diody, ale kondensatory 4,5uF 25V

Karta dawała bardzo dziwne pomiary, dlatego zafiksowałem się, że te elementy to diody. Niestety regulator napięcia musiał się uszkodzić i puścił większe napięcie na procesor ProAsic3, który jest zablokowany na odczyt. Zamykam temat i dziękuje za pomoc!
