Regarding whether new users are allowed to post topics and reply.

Hello administrator, I registered an account on this forum around 2 or 3 AM this morning (UTC+8) and posted two replies. One was in response to someone requesting a BIOS update; I replied that they should provide their machine's serial number. The other person requesting a BIOS update provided their serial number, and I used that number to download the BIOS from the official website and extract the BIOS file usable with a programmer. Both replies required review, and although the review wasn't completed, I could still see the records by checking my posts. This morning, both replies disappeared from my post history. Are new users not allowed to post topics and replies?

Anyone can post on the forum, however, the first few posts by new users are strictly moderated. This is the part of our anti-spam system.

Regarding your posts, first one was rejected because you did not follow our forum rules for DOCUMENTATION & BIOS/EFI REQUEST department: post127149.html#p127149 (actually, you have uploaded the BIOS file in reply, which is strictly prohibited - this is outlined in paragraph 3 of forum rules). Your second post has been rejected because the author was particularly asking for clean ME Region, where the Serial Number is not required for such purpose.

You should receive two separate notification e-mails about your posts being rejected, along with the reason of disapproval for each case - every single moderator's action results in sending such notification to the user. If you do not see those e-mails in your inbox, please check your SPAM/JUNK folders.

Okay, I understand. Cleaning ME doesn't require a serial number. I don't remember the specifics, but I'll pay attention in the future and carefully read the forum rules to determine where the BIOS should be uploaded.

Yes, and this post has been disapproved as it did not meet the criteria. The other post has been approved, however, I have altered it to make it more clear and remove any unnecessary information. Please be aware that it is bad idea to disclose the Serial Number in the post content even if you did not replace/remove it from the BIOS, hence I have removed it as well.
