Witam

Pacjent jak w temacie, proszę o identyfikacje elementu zaznaczone na fotografii oznaczenie z układu IAGCJ.
Niestety nie udało mi się odszukać żadnej dokumentacji do płyty, jeżeli ktoś posiada byłbym wdzięczny.

Z moich poszukiwań wynika iż będzie to układ MP2314GJ

Obsada:

MB: IPCFL-GL
REV: A01
KBC: SCH5555VNU
PCH: SR404
CPU: SR3XE

Z góry dziękuje za pomoc.

Do you know of a replacement for this integrated circuit?
This one is very hard to find...

This chip also could be MPS MP2315GJ.
Datasheet attached.

Both chips seem to have identical markings, and are also almost identical in general. I'm guessing the MPQ chip is just a newer version of the older MP chip. Both chips are interchangeable with each other.
Since this board is not the latest, I think it's more likely used an older MP chip.

You can use either MP or MPQ chip.
The older MP chips seems to be a bit easier to find. For example, the chips MP2315GJ are available at RS (pl.rs-online.com), item number: 0337134.

Yes, it's a proper chip.
