Witam,
laptop Dell Inspiron 5568, płyta główna Starlord13_R 15296-1 X41DX$AA.
Laptop długo leżał nie używany, do końca sprawny. Nie reagował na włącznik.
Bateria bios była całkowicie rozładowana, wymieniłem na nową i po wymianie następuje autostart laptopa (niezależnie czy klapa otwarta czy zamknięta), wentylator na maksa i tak stoi, naciśnięcie włącznika powoduje wyłączenie się laptopa po paru sekundach i ponowny auostart. Oczywiście czekałem kilka minut żeby zrobił sekwencję resetowania, ale jej nie robi. Zaprogramowałem bios 3 wsadami, na każdym objaw jest identyczny. Podstawiłem pamięć RAM bez zmian.
Na kamerze termowizyjnej widać, że procesor robi się ciepły, na płycie głównej najcieplejszy element to PU4701 - NCP 81382, osiąga 35stopni zaraz po włączeniu laptopa, profilaktycznie wymieniłem, bez zmian. Napięcia na cewkach:
PL4801 - 0V - rezystancja 1,3 Ohm
PL4701 - 0,9V
PL4502 - 5V
PL5201 - 1V
PL5101- 1,2V
PL4501 - 3,3V
PL4401 - 0V
PL5001 - 1,11V
Czy ktoś pomoże mi w dalszej diagnozie?

Rezystancja zdecydowanie za niska dla procesora 6 czy nawet 8 generacji. Myślę, że hybryda jest uszkodzona.

With these symptoms, the communication between the KBC and PCH part of the APU hybrid is missing almost for sure.
RTC battery discharged to 0V also indicates a bad APU hybrid.

Measure the following voltages to ground with the RTC battery connected only (without the power supply):
- On pins 1, 4 of quartz X1802.
- On pin 3 of diode D2501.
- On pin 3 of transistor Q1802.
