This component is definitely a PTC resettable fuse. Also known as PPTC (Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient device).
"P" is actually manufacturer logo. It's probably "Polytronics Technology Corp".
The marking code is actually "I", but I don't know what value it means.

Yes, the right end of the resistor is connected to ground. There are the same components elsewhere on the board. I took a few measurements. I had put the burnt-out components in a box and tried to take measurements. Luckily, I was able to see one last value before it disintegrated. The resistor on pin 3 is 46.6kΩ and the one on pin 2 is 0.470mΩ. I found 0.470mΩ, but I replaced the 46.6kΩ with a 46.9kΩ, hopefully that won't be a problem.

I installed a part like the one in the picture on the FK307.

I couldn't find a purchase for the remaining 3 pieces. I'll try to find equivalents from a junkyard. I need a sale or equivalent recommendation.

According to the similar schematics, the resistors values are as follows.

A= 47kΩ/5%, package 0402
B= 470kΩ/5%, package 0402
C= 47kΩ/5%, package 0402
