Witam.

W drukarce Brother MFC-T510W umarł zasilacz MPW9221 w wyniku załączania i wyłączania prądu przez zakład energetyczny.
Uszkodziły się dioda Zenera D105 (BZX79-C36) na wyjściu, tranzystor Q1 (2SK3565) i dwie diody prostownicze w obwodzie mostka.
Wymieniłem te elementy z tym, że zastosowałem inny tranzystor STF9NK90Z.
Zasilacz dalej nie chce mi wystartować.
Po stronie pierwotnej mam 300V, natomiast po stronie wtórnej 0V
Czy te tranzystory w tym przypadku są zamienne?
Możecie pomóc z dalszą diagnozą?

Check the resistor R19 (10Ω) and transistor Q2.

R19 = 10Ω
Q2 sprawny. Zachowuje się jak NPN 0,65 V spadku napięcia.

Dla pewności wymieniłem ten tranzystor na dokładnie taki sam ja był i..... napięcie 31V pojawiło się na moment.
Teraz już nie chce się pojawiać. Nawet jak znowu wymienię tranzystor na nowy.

- Check the rectifier diodes D20, D102 and resistor R25 (4.7Ω).
- Measure the resistance directly on the capacitor C14 and the electrolytic capacitor C101.
- Measure the resistances between points "A", "B" and between points "C", "D" (picture below).

R25 = 4.7Ω
C101 >30kΩ
C14 = 24kΩ
A-B =0Ω
C-D = 0.3Ω

- Measure the voltages to ground on all pins of transistor Q31 in reference to the primary (hot) ground.

pin 1= 92V
pin 2 = 10V
pin 3 = 9,6V

Plug the power supply to the mains while the connector CN101 is disconnected from the main board. In this case, measure the voltage directly on the electrolytic capacitor C101.

W tym przypadku też 0V na C101.

Measure the following voltages with the connector CN101 disconnected from the main board:
- Between pin 1 and pin 2 of optocoupler PC1.
- Between pin 3 and pin 4 of optocoupler PC1.
- Directly on the THT capacitor C8.
- Directly on the SMD capacitor C14.

PC1 pin 1-2 = 0V
PC1 pin 3-4 = 6.6V
C8 = 332V
C14 = 9V
