Dzień Dobry
Komputer wszystko w jednym Dell Inspiron 24 5415 nagle przestał działać. Przy podaniu zasilania 19,5V pobiera jedynie 0,076A i zero reakcji na zasilanie i drugi przycisk. Czy przy takim objawie to padła całkowicie płyta główna z winy zasilacza oryginalnego Dell ?
Oznaczenie płyty głównej: AEGIS AMD MB 212021-1 4FRDG$CA.
Dziękuję za odpowiedź.

Hello!
Such a power consumption is a bit too high at St-By.
Leave the board connected to the power supply for a while (about 15 minutes) and check if any component on the board get warm. Pay special attention to the KBC chip and the APU processor.

Zamieść wyraźne zdjęcia obu stron płyty głównej po usunięciu wszelkich folii czy modułów, mogących zasłaniać komponenty.

Dzień Dobry i dziękuje.
W takim razie na zasilaczu oryginalnym włączę ta płytę na dłużej i potem zamrażaczem szybko prysnę aby zobaczyć który układ jest cieplejszy.
W załączeniu zdjęcia z góry i dołu.
Układ KBC: Nuvoton NPCE48ALA1DX 2141M0032
Czy w takim przypadku jak przy innych płytach Dell AiO uszkodzony jest procesor "wszystko w jednym" i do tego wlutowany? Jedyna opcja to zakup całości nowej płyty. Problem jest jednak z jej dostępnością na rynku w Polsce w stosunku do płyt głównych z laptopów.

The best way is to use a thermal camera, if you have one.

If only the APU processor gets warm, it's damaged almost for sure.

Yes, AiO computers are not as widespread as laptops, so it is also more difficult to find spare parts.

Witam i dziękuję.
Sprawdziliśmy prostą termokamerą UNI-T i po włączeniu okablowania zasilającego grzeją się jedynie z jednej strony układ tranzystora o oznaczeniu:
- strona top: 4302PS CY27K (około 40stC);
- strona bottom: 4302PS CY27K (około 60stC);
Układy są jeden nad drugim po przeciwnym stronach.
Sprawdziłem je na szybko miernikiem i nie mają zwarć.
Układ KBC czy też procesor APU zimne.
