Płyta: NM-E851
CPU/APU: SRLCX
GPU: GN20-P0-A1
EC: IT8227E-256 CXA
KBC:ITE 8176FN

Laptop uruchamia się bez obrazu. Zacząłem od przeprogramowania BIOS wsadami wyodrębnionymi ze strony Lenovo.

Okazuje się że procesor nie jest zasilany poprawnie - brak napięcia VCCCORE

Sekcja zasilania CPU: (rezystancja spada wraz z wzrostem temperatury procesora)
PL1202 = 0V 13,4 Ohm
PL1101-PL1105 = 0V, 4 Ohm
PL5101 = 1.79V, 133 Ohm

Pozostałe sekcje zasilania:
PL1301 = 1.10V
PL1601 = 5.08V
PL6201 = 3.32V
PL6601 = 1.80V

PL2001-PL2004 = 0,75V
PL6801 = 0,95V

Kości SPI również są poprawnie zasilane napięciem 3.3V

Po pomiarach sprawdziłem płytę termowizją, okazuje się że w momencie startu procesor mocno nagrzewa się punktowo (przez ok 10s) przy poborze 0.85A(prąd i temperatura jeszcze bardziej rosną bez chłodzenia), potem temperatura spada a pobór prądu zmniejsza się i stoi na 0.65A.

Napięcia +3VCPU na wszystkich MP86959 są obecne (pin8 i pin 34)
Chipy również są zasilane (piny 1,2,3,23,24,25 =20.5V)
Na każdym z PU1101 - PU1105 na pinie 26 mam 1.47V (nie mam w tej chwili dostępu do oscyloskopu)


Proszę o pomoc w dalszej diagnozie. Czy to uszkodzony CPU?
Właściciel laptopa twierdzi że "zrobiło się tak po samodzielnej wymianie wentylatorów".

Sprawdziłem płytę pod kątem uszkodzeń mechanicznych ale nic nie znalazłem.

Takie punktowe grzanie nie oznacza nic dobrego dla i5-12450H. W połączeniu z prądem, który "stoi" zamiast pływać wskazuje to na uszkodzenie CPU.

Tego też się obawiam. Dlatego proszę o podpowiedzi żeby w 100% zdiagnozować usterkę. Co jeszcze mogę sprawdzić, zmierzyć?
Procesor trochę kosztuje, do tego paskudny montaż no i jeszcze klej w Lenovo....

Measure the voltage to ground on pin 33 of chip PU1001.

The voltage to ground on pin 33 of chip PU1101 = 2.83V

pin 33 of other MP86959GMW:
PU1104 = 2.85V
PU1105 = 2.81V
PU1103 = 2.83V
PU1102 = 2.83V

But PU1001 is MP2960. Make sure you measured the voltage on the right chip.
