So it will stay powered on and it charges the battery but it does not go
past the Rog logo. I removed the motherboard and checked the inductors for
shorts and the +NVVDD_+1.3V inductors are reading a short to .9 and the
+VCCSA_+1.52V inductors are shorted to 17.8. What should I check next. At
first I was thinking this was a bios issue but because of the shorts I'm
thinking that's not the case. I inspected the board and I didn't find any
damaged components. Board is DA0NJUMBCF0 REV:F

These are correct. Try reflashing BIOS under EZ Flash.

Sorry, I forgot to add it will not go into bios or the boot menu. I also tried to connect a ch341a programmer to the bios chip last night and it won’t connect to the chip. I have the stepdown to 1.8v attached to the programmer so my guess is something on the board is interfering?

Desolder BIOS chip from the board and read it externally - CH341A programmer does not have sufficiently powerful ports to power the BIOS chips in-circuit.

Do you mean this?
