No, they are not assembled.

I was unable to download the file sent by matic. now I reprogrammed the device with its own backup and laptop turns on about 5 sec and goes to off.
I'm really confused and can't seem to find a solution. I tried many BIOSes no change. The initial problem with the device was that only the CPU fan wasn't working and it was giving a temperature message..

Did you transfer the ME-region from the old (original) BIOS to the new one before reflasshing the BIOS?
