Problem objawia się w następujący sposób: przy próbie odczytu kości wyskakuje komunikat IC not responding. Element ma widoczne wybrzuszenie oraz inny odczyt w teście diody względem bliźniaczych obok. Proszę o identyfikację.

W takim wypadku powieliłem błędne informacje stąd: uszkodzony-programator-svod-3-co-to-za-element-t70012.html

W tamtym wątku autor określił obudowę jako SOT23 - i rzeczywiście, zaznaczony przez autora element (a właściwie miejsce po nim) to DMN2300U w obudowie SOT23, jedyny SOT23 w tej grupie tranzystorów. W tym przypadku jednak to nie jest ten sam tranzystor, więc powieliłeś informacje poprawne, ale błędnie zidentyfikowałeś element.

Po wymianie na DMG1013UW tak jak napisał Vogelek SVOD ożył. Dziękuję bardzo.
